If you pay through snailmail, be sure that:
- Your payment is in US dollars.
- You include your full and correct shipping address inside the envelope; the outside can get beat-up and hard to read.
- You list all the items you want by the names we provide. If we aren't sure which item you mean, we'll guess. ^_^

Minimum $20 overseas order:

Our profit margin on these items is really tiny, and we don't impose a separate shipping charge. Unfortunately, that means overseas shipping eats our profit on small orders. If you live outside North America, please order in batches valued at $20 or over. If you prefer, you could simply add $5 to your order... but the other way's a way better deal, we promise.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please give us about four weeks to get it to you. It may arrive sooner, if we're on top of things, but not all items are kept in stock, and we do go out of town for cons and things.

What do you do with my information?

Nuffin. Seriously. We'll keep your email or letter on file as a record of the transaction, but no one else gets to see it. No mailing lists, no spammers, nobody. We really hate when people sell our info to lists, so we'd never do that to you.

What materials do you use? Is this high-quality merchandise?

Oh yeah, this is the good stuff. We use stiff, ultra-white card and professional-quality, high-resolution printing. The colors of these prints are deep and velvety, and we send them to you with a protective sleeve in a sturdy photo-mailer to be sure they arrive unscathed. Our pride as artists demands no less. The doujinshi have print-quality covers; inside pages are laser-printed to keep them affordable. Stickers and Bitches are laminated, and quite durable; we've destruct-tested them and they can stand quite a bit of punishment. For information about the patches please follow this link.

What should I include for shipping?

If you're ordering from anywhere in North America, nothing. We'll take care of it. If you need us to ship overseas (South America counts as overseas for shipping purposes) we ask that you place an order of $20 or over, or else add $5. The $20 minimum is a much better deal.

Do you take commissions?

Each artist's page gives their current commission status. This will vary depending on work load and other factors, so be sure to check before you order.

Are you boys or girls?

For three out of four of our members, the answer is 'One of the above.' The fifth member is a fish. We're not shitting you. A fish. What the hell, we thought? But yeah. Damn fish can draw. Stinks, though.

Is it really cold there in Minnesota?

Yeah, totally. We wear parkas year-round. Except for Luka, who goes clothed only in his long, silky hair, like Lady Godiva. And Seebs, who never leaves the house.
